Job Description:

Job Summary: The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the distribution network, building strong retailer relationships, and executing company strategies in the assigned territory. This role is field-based and involves extensive travel within the designated area. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Ensure effective coverage of retail and wholesale outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Drive secondary sales and monitor stock levels at distributor points. Execute promotional activities and ensure visibility of products. Provide regular market feedback on competitor activities and customer trends. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and daily reports. Participate in product training and skill development initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, , or Science). 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Wellness industry. Fresher candidates with good communication and motivation may also be considered. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Basic computer skills - MS Office, email, reporting tools. Key Competencies: Result-oriented and self-driven. Customer-centric mindset. Good communication and presentation skills. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
