Designation : Consultant (Digital Marketing) Experience Range : 5+ years What is the work? Build and execute an end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with hotel revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals Plan integrated campaigns across paid media, organic channels, CRM, social media, and automation Identify growth opportunities using market insights, performance data, and AI-driven intelligence Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Execute advanced remarketing and retargeting strategies using audience segmentation and behavioral data Continuously optimize budgets, bids, creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve ROAS and CPA Own CRM-led marketing and guest lifecycle journeys using tools such as Klaviyo , HubSpot , Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Braze , and Mailchimp Design and manage automated flows including Pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay communication, Abandoned booking and browse recovery, Loyalty, repeat-stay, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns Integrate CRM data with paid and organic channels for full-funnel personalization Drive organic visibility and direct bookings through SEO (technical, on-page, local, and content-led) Build content strategies for hotel websites, blogs, landing pages, and destination-focused experiences Use AI-assisted research tools for keyword discovery, content ideation, and optimization Lead end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Plan and execute content calendars including reels, stories, static posts, and campaigns Oversee social media post design, video content, and creative storytelling , ensuring brand consistency and performance Leverage Gen-AI and modern MarTech tools such as ChatGPT , Claude , Gemini , Jasper , Copy.ai , Midjourney , DALL·E , and Canva AI for Content and creative generation, Ad copy and creative optimization, Personalization and audience modeling Use AI-enabled platforms like HubSpot AI , Salesforce Einstein , and Zoho Zia for predictive insights, automation, and performance forecasting Optimize hotel websites and landing pages for UX, mobile-first performance, and conversion rate optimization Improve direct booking funnels, offers, and guest pathways Collaborate with booking engine, CRM, and technology partners Track and analyze performance using GA4, ad platforms, CRM dashboards, and CRO tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity Connect marketing activity directly to bookings, revenue, and guest lifetime value Deliver clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Align digital marketing efforts with OTA positioning and visibility Coordinate campaigns, offers, and messaging across OTAs and direct channels Actively work to reduce OTA dependency by strengthening direct booking performance What skills and experience are we looking for? Proven experience in 360-degree digital marketing , ideally within hotels, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands Strong hands-on expertise across paid media, SEO, social, CRM, automation, analytics, and design oversight Experience working with modern CRM, MarTech, and Gen-AI tools Solid understanding of hospitality KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, direct bookings Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable results Apply (Gmail) Apply (Form)
