Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. Understand hiring requirements from internal technical managers and project leads. Source candidates through **, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct CV screening, telephonic screening, and initial candidate evaluation. Schedule and conduct video interviews and face-to-face interviews. Perform headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche technical roles. Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback. Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and candidate closing. Manage offer release, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and improve hiring efficiency. What skills and experience are we looking for? Strong experience in in-house IT recruitment . Expertise in sourcing from and LinkedIn. Excellent candidate selling, convincing, and negotiation skills . Strong headhunting and talent mapping capabilities . Good understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets . Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills . Ability to handle hiring pressure and meet recruitment targets . Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams . 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment . At least 2 years in a lead or team handling role . Proven track record of consistent monthly hiring achievements . Experience in high-volume IT hiring . Strong headhunting experience for niche technology roles .
