Designation : CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Consultant Experience Range : 4 + years What is the work? Analyze website data (Google Analytics, GA4, heatmaps, session recordings) Identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows Improve calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and UX/UI elements Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and average order value Recommend personalization strategies and funnel improvements What skills and experience are we looking for? 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or growth marketing Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.) Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer behavior psychology Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in e-commerce or SaaS businesses Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Understanding of SEO and paid media performance Experience with conversion-focused copywriting Increase in conversion rate % Revenue uplift Improved funnel performance Reduced bounce rate Increased average order value (AOV) Apply (Gmail) Apply (Form)
