Designation  : Senior Zoho Consultant (Audit, Optimization & Solutioning) Experience Range :  5+ years What is the work? Review existing implementations across Zoho applications Identify inefficiencies in workflows, data structures, and integrations Diagnose root causes of issues and recommend actionable improvements Work with stakeholders to understand Sales lifecycle, Order-to-fulfillment process, Inventory management, Finance and reconciliation workflows Map current vs. ideal processes and identify gaps Design improved system architecture using Zoho applications Recommend enhancements in Module structure, Automation workflows, Data flow across systems Prepare solution documentation and process flows Work with businesses where Zoho acts as the backend for eCommerce platforms Understand flow of Orders, Inventory, Customer data, Financial entries Understand retail workflows such as billing, stock movement, and store-level operations Exposure to POS systems (including Zoho Zakya or similar) is preferred Perform light configuration (workflows, fields, reports) where needed Work with developers for advanced customizations and integrations Validate implementations to ensure alignment with business requirements Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions Present findings, gaps, and recommendations clearly Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement Ensure clean and structured data across systems Design reporting frameworks for Sales performance, Inventory tracking, Financial visibility What skills and experience are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in Zoho consulting, implementation, or solutioning roles Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, AND at least one of Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books Experience working with existing/legacy Zoho setups Strong ability to understand business workflows Proven experience in diagnosing issues in existing systems Ability to recommend practical, implementable solutions Solid understanding of Zoho modules and how they interact Experience designing workflows, automation, and system structures Basic understanding of APIs, Integrations between platforms Ability to collaborate with development teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong client-facing experience Experience with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) Understanding of retail/POS workflows Exposure to Zoho Zakya or similar POS tools Zoho certifications Experience with Zoho Analytics Exposure to integration tools like Zapier, Make, or similar Ability to diagnose issues in existing systems and recommend improvements Strong problem-solving mindset Clarity in thinking, communication, and solution design Clear identification of system gaps and inefficiencies Improved alignment between business processes and Zoho setup Reduced manual work and operational errors Better reporting and decision-making visibility High client satisfaction and system adoption Consultant-first mindset Focus on problem-solving and solution design Ability to bring structure to complex system environments Apply (Gmail) Apply (Form)
