About the Role As an Academic Counsellor at New Light Institute, you'll be the first point of contact for students and parents — guiding them through course selection, addressing concerns, and ensuring every student stays on track toward their dream of becoming a doctor. What You'll Do Counsel students and parents about NEET programs, batches, and fee structures Convert inquiries and walk-ins into enrolments through consultative selling Track student progress and flag concerns to the academic team Build strong relationships with students to improve retention and motivation Coordinate with faculty and management for student feedback and reporting Handle follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings What We're Looking For Graduate in any stream (Education / Psychology / Science preferred) 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, EdTech sales, or student services Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Empathetic, persuasive, and highly organised Familiarity with the NEET ecosystem is a big plus What New Light Institute Offers CTC: ₹[3,60,000] – ₹[6,00,000] LPA + performance incentives Warm, student-first work culture Career growth into Senior Counsellor / Centre Head roles Training and onboarding support The satisfaction of changing young lives every single day How to Apply Send your CV to[utkarsh.singh@]Or DM us directly on LinkedIn — we respond fast!
