Study and understand types of regulatory documents required to be sourced from the authorities Prepare and update templates for writing request letters to different departments for sourcing NOC for sending customer samples, test samples etc. For bulk orders follow up with the respective sales team to get End User Certificate from the customer Apply for the license/permit from the respective country of the end user Apply for NOC with Indian government for exporting to end user country Regular follow up for sourcing the required documents on time Prepare a status report on regular basis and communicate with concerned stakeholders After delivery/closure of the order, inform the NOC issuing authority about the execution of NOC and seek proper closure Prepare reports for monthly/quarterly reviews with stakeholders to provide an overview of activities performed
