Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ujjain for the position of an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely availability of equipment, and maintaining high service standards. The role also involves preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Qualifications Management and leadership skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in client coordination and customer service Technical knowledge of construction equipment Problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team
