Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities Coordination with different KAMs for order processing Coordination with Production team for production status and product availability Dispatching the different products as per the requirement Coordination between dispatch, accounts and Production team Updating the sale order/ dispatch documents as and when required Tracking the Sale order, open POs and time to time updating in MIS Accessing the Hub refill levels time to time Fulfilling the Hubs as per the minimum/safety levels and as per the marketing requirement Alerting the Production team for production demands Processing the POs and creation of sale order Coordinating directly with Toll customer for Orders and other sales related communications To update the MIS in SAP timely manner Ensure on time dispatch of products Update the KAMs and Toll customers on dispatch status Timely escalation and updating of delays, customer feedbackSkills Required 1. Excellent communication 2. Interpersonal skills 3. Natural inclination to Sales 4 A good coordinatorTechnical/Functional Proficiency Required 1. SAP exposure 2. Fluent with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power pointExperience Level (If applicable) Having 3 to 5 years of relevant experienceEducational Qualifications Any Degree
