Floor Manager

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom floor. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the sales on the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate floor sales to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium showroom experience. Monitor floor displays, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure products are properly tagged and arranged. Allocate team duties and ensure all sales executives are active, attentive, and performance-focused. Ensure quick and efficient handling of customer inquiries and support the closing of sales. Address minor customer issues and escalate larger concerns to senior management. Keep the floor clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards at all times. Support stock movement, display changes, and floor-level inventory checks. Maintain daily activity reports and share feedback with the Corporate Manager. Ensure discipline, time management, and teamwork among floor staff.
