Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant at Scylla - Luxury Resort & Spa, located in Udupi. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and common areas, ensuring high standards of presentation and comfort. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning, organizing, and restocking rooms, attending to guest requests promptly, and reporting maintenance issues. The role involves adhering to health and safety protocols while delivering exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction and experience. Qualifications Room cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hygiene standards Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality presentation of spaces Guest service skills, including prompt response to requests and a professional demeanor Awareness of health and safety regulations within hospitality settings Effective time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not mandatory Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required
