Quality Assurance Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesDevise procedures to inspect and report quality issues and ensures that established production procedures & instructions are strictly followedMonitor all operations that affect qualitySupervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staffAssure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final outputAppraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfiedReport all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate actionFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality dataReview current standards & policies and ensure Quality Standards & safety in productionKeep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentationEnsure all legal standards are metCommunicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections Quality Assurance at Production site for incoming Raw materials to Production Floor, Process Quality of Outgoing Finished ProductsPreparing daily reports (Quality Data) and circulating with team Maintaining comprehensive records, logs, and checklists for each shift, including non-conformance reports and CAPA .Ensuring that measuring tools (Weighing Balance) are calibrated and that production machinery is operating within tolerance. Investigate customer complaints, analyze root causes (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.Conduct periodic internal audits.Handle any additional responsibilities as and when givenInforms Manger of any significant problems, issues or concerns.Ensures that all the Quality checking equipment’s are operating properly & is properly maintained.Close monitoring of process parameters as per the SOP & timely controlling the process deviation.Maintaining and conducting Calibration for all the equipment’s which requires and documenting the same.Skills RequiredProven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant roleThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsGood knowledge of MS Office and databasesOutstanding communication skillsGreat attention to detail and a results driven approachExcellent organizational and leadership abilities.Technical/Functional Proficiency RequiredShould have Knowledge of lab and production processes and techniques/methods applicable to quality control.Vendor ManagementExperience in ink or paint manufacturing industry is added advantageEducational QualificationsM Sc/ BE Chemical EngineeringExperience Level (If applicable)4-6 year. experience from Ink industry - preferably from QA / QC or R&D process.
