Supply Chain Executive

Job Description Key Responsibilities Preparing Purchase orders in ERP. Communicating with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules. Assisting in the analysis of shipping and delivery data to identify inefficiencies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address the urgency and prioritize the need of user. Supporting the implementation of supply chain technology and process improvements. Skills Required Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and identify solutions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail in managing data and processes. Technical/Functional Proficiency Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an understanding of ERP System. Educational Qualifications A bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Level (If applicable) Prior experience or internships in supply chain or logistics are beneficial but not always required ( 1 to 2 years).
