Key responsibilities Sales and business development: Drive sales and achieve business targets for the branch. Conduct marketing activities, loan camps, and publicity events. Develop and manage a sales team to expand market penetration. Loan operations: Handle the end-to-end loan process, including application processing, appraisal, and disbursement. Conduct preliminary due diligence and property document scrutiny. Verify customer KYC and other documents. Ensure post-disbursement monitoring and manage loan documentation. Team and branch management: Lead, recruit, train, and mentor the branch team. Foster a motivational and cohesive workplace environment. Oversee daily operations and address staffing issues.
