Job Description:

About the role As a key member of the team, a successful sales development representative must be friendly and persuasive. Should have a string command over written and verbal English communication. He must be able to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cooltempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. Key Responsibilities • Cold call the clients using a given lead list • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company’s products and services • Work on obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle our product and service inquiries to provide appropriate solutions to client's queries and doubts • Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decisionmaking process • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Use scripts to provide information about services, plans etc., and present their benefits • Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements • Persuade the client for next level call with senior members of the team • Record the client’s personal information accurately in a computer system • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales • Keep records of calls and appointments and record useful information Essential qualifications and skills • Possession of bachelor’s degree or PG and/or MBA would be a plus • Candidate should be ok to work in US hours (India Night) hours • Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection • Outstanding negotiation skill with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Required Experience: • Minimum of 1-1.5 years of International Voice Process • Excellent level of knowledge/expertise with PC, Internet Research and software (Word and Excel) Perks and Benefits • Five days of working with attractive US/UK shift allowance • Performance based attractive incentive • Comprehensive skill development by intensive L&D program • Exposure to work with international clients • Weekly employee engagement activities • Holistic career progress path policy for professional growth
