The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end LMS implementations.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactorsStrong expertise in SuccessFactors Learning module (LMS)Must have completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementationsStrong understanding of learning administration, reporting, and content managementExperience in integrations (preferred but not mandatory)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management SystemGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system designConfigure and customize SF Learning module based on client requirementsManage course management, curricula, assignments, and learning workflowsIntegrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems where requiredConduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolutionProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvementsWork closely with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure successful deliveryPreferred Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification (advantageous)WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
