Required skills:Having 5-8 years of experience in the area of RE-FX (Real Estate/Contract and Lease Management)Must have 1-2 implementation projects experience on RE-FXStrong technical knowledge on RE-FX processes: Corporate & commercial real estate, service charge settlement & sales-based rent.Strong technical knowledge on RE-FX integrations with Finance & ControllingGood communication skills in English Proven experience in coordinating smaller projects/workstreamsExperience working with S/4HANA OP and SAP Fiori (S/4HANA Cloud is a plus) Expected main tasks:Should be flexible to learn and work on S/4HANA topicsShould be willing to work on building, maintenance, and testing of demosPresenting Demos and solutions to Presales Opportunity to learn and work on latest S/4HANA innovations and other latest applications Coordinate and safeguard demo showroom refreshes Monitor data sets and take care of adjustment postings if needed to ensure a compelling demo experienceRun month end closing activitiesSupport demos build activities and documentation
