Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including managing HR information systems, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting employee training and development initiatives. Additional tasks may involve document management, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including HR Management and policy implementationExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related softwareFamiliarity with Benefits Administration processes and proceduresExperience in organizing and supporting employee Training and professional development programsStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in a healthcare, technology, or digital services company is a plus
