Our mission is to promote natural and sustainable well-being for all our guests.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Resident Medical Officer role based in Udaipur. The Resident Medical Officer will oversee patient care, manage medical treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include conducting medical examinations, assisting with therapies, monitoring patient progress, and providing wellness advice within the framework of holistic healing practices.Key responsibilitiesTake detailed patient case histories including medical history, lifestyle habits, and current health concernsPrepare and manage patient therapy schedules and coordinate them with various treatment departmentsCoordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients to ensure smooth execution of treatment plansOversee and coordinate with the diet department to ensure patients receive prescribed therapeutic dietsMonitor patient progress daily and update doctors or therapy teams when requiredMaintain accurate medical records and documentationRequirementsMust have completed BNYSMinimum 1 years of clinical or wellness center experience preferredStrong case-taking and patient management skillsAbility to work in a multidisciplinary holistic healthcare environmentDeliverablesOpportunity to work in a premium holistic wellness retreatExposure to integrative healing systems (Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Physiotherapy)Collaborative and peaceful working environmentSalary up to 28000 per monthAccommodation in the campus and meals
