The company is seed funded by family and has started generating revenue in first year of its operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for research in AI Governance. The Senior Research Scientist will undertake complex research tasks, develop innovative algorithms, and contribute to the advancement of safe AI practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting rigorous R&D, formulating problem of AI compliance for a given medical device or healthcare AI System and find compliance solution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine AI technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards will also be key aspects of the role.QualificationsStrong background in Computer Science and AlgorithmsProficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and applied researchUnderstanding of Physics and its application in AI systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary environmentExperience in the Medical/health industry is a plusPhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
