Mining Manager

Responsibilities- Mining Compliances as per Mining Acts & Rules. - Using various techniques to determine the best method of mining & planning. - Monitoring Operations, optimum utilization of equipment, resource planning, equipment deployment etc for goal attainment. - Managing the daily drilling & Blasting and Loading & Transport Operations on several faces. - Ensuring resourceful operations & maintenance of mines including heavy mining machinery. - Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of Machines and personnel. - Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programmes to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance. - Training Mining Officials, Staff and competent persons as per Mining statute. - Working on succession planning of the workforce, rendering guidance to the staff & resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.Qualifications- BE/B Tech/M Tech in Mining Engineering with relevant experience. - Must Possess First Class Mining Competency Certificate
