At TANTRA REALTY, our clients are our top priority.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Dapoli City, MH. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site development, including interpreting drawings, ensuring structural compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Key tasks involve preparing and reviewing site layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and collaborating with the project team on design updates. Additionally, the role includes monitoring on-site activities, maintaining quality assurance, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.QualificationsProficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise as a Civil EngineerStrong capabilities in project Planning and executionExperience with infrastructure and villa constructionExperience with Storm water Management systemsComprehensive understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practicesBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Knowledge of local construction laws, standards, and regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and team collaboration abilitiesExperience with construction software tools is an added advantage
