Workday Architect

Project Overview:We are seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Architect to support a client that has recently gone live with Workday and is preparing to rapidly roll out the Talent and Performance (PATT) module. The client has a clear understanding of their business needs and is looking for a Workday expert to provide architectural guidance, best practices, and strategic direction. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and the ability to demonstrate Workday capabilities effectively.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the Workday Talent & Performance subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations.Lead and support the rollout of the Workday Talent and Performance module following a recent Workday go-live.Partner with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and C-suite, to translate business needs into Workday solutions.Conduct Workday capability demos focused on Talent and Performance functionality.Advise on configuration, design decisions, and implementation approach for Talent and Performance.Collaborate with implementation and client teams to ensure alignment with Workday standards and roadmap.Support decision-making by evaluating Workday features, limitations, and optimization opportunities.Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with overall HCM strategy. Required Experience:Approximately 2 years of experience with Workday Talent and Performance modulesStrong HCM and PATT experienceProven Workday implementation experienceHands-on experience with Talent and Performance modules and implementationsCERTS are no required
