Apply today!RequirementsOversee the implementation and administration of the IBDP curriculum, ensuring compliance with IB standards and best practices.Provide academic leadership to faculty, guiding lesson planning, assessment strategies, and professional development.Act as the liaison between the school and the IBO, handling accreditation, evaluations, and updates.Support students in their academic journey, including subject selection, Extended Essays (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) coordination.Conduct teacher training and foster a culture of continuous learning among educators.Facilitate parent communication, addressing concerns and guiding them through the IB experience.Monitor and analyze student performance, ensuring targeted interventions for success.Requirements:Minimum 10+ years of IB teaching experience (IBDP experience preferred).minimum 5+ years of DP speciallyStrong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks and assessment criteria.Leadership experience in an educational setting.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Passion for student growth and academic excellence.
