We are currently self-funded and operate with a strong bias toward speed, ownership, and clarity of execution. The Role This is not a traditional product role. - You will operate as a 0→1 product leader, working directly with founders to identify, validate, and launch AI-powered SaaS products from scratch. - You will own the full cycle, from opportunity discovery → validation → MVP → early traction signals. - This role is focused on building products that work in the market, not just generating ideas. - You will stay involved with each product until there are clear validation or failure signals. Based on outcomes, the product will either be scaled with the core team or deliberately shut down before you move to the next opportunity. What You Will Own - End-to-end ownership from idea → validation → MVP → early traction signals - Identifying high-potential SaaS opportunities through user discovery and market analysis - Converting ambiguous market gaps into clear, buildable product directions - Driving validation through landing pages, user interviews, waitlists, and rapid experiments - Defining ICP, personas, and positioning - Working closely with engineering to scope and deliver MVPs - Building early GTM foundations, including messaging, funnels, and acquisition hypotheses - Establishing a repeatable system for opportunity discovery, validation, and launch What You Will Do - Discovery & Opportunity Identification - Identify high-potential SaaS opportunities through structured research and direct user insights - Analyze workflows, pain points, existing solutions, and willingness to pay - Use AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate discovery and validation - Validation & Strategy - Validate ideas using real-world signals, not assumptions - Run landing page tests, waitlist experiments, and qualitative user interviews - Define clear user personas, problem statements, and positioning - Build directional business cases including market potential, monetization approach, and early unit economics assumptions - Define success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs before development begins - Product & GTM Foundation - Scope MVPs in collaboration with engineering, balancing speed and product quality - Drive MVP execution, not just planning - Build early GTM foundations, messaging, ICP definition, and funnel strategy - Identify early distribution or partnership opportunities - Present clear go or no-go recommendations backed by data and conviction - Systems & Scale - Build and refine a repeatable system, idea → validation → MVP → outcome → next opportunity - Improve speed and quality of each product discovery cycle - Contribute to the evolving product and growth roadmap across multiple products What We Are Looking For - 5-7+ years of experience in product, strategy, or growth within SaaS - Proven experience taking at least one product from 0 → MVP → early traction - Strong understanding of SaaS GTM fundamentals, ICPs, funnels, positioning, and growth loops - Demonstrated experience in identifying and evaluating high-potential AI-driven SaaS opportunities, with clear evidence of how those opportunities were validated and translated into product direction - Ability to operate with high ambiguity and minimal direction - Strong execution mindset, not just strategic thinking - Solid understanding of AI and LLM-based products, APIs, and how AI integrates into SaaS workflows - Financial literacy, ability to think in terms of monetization, pricing, and unit economics - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills - Ability to translate user insights directly into wireframes and user journey maps using tools like FigJam, Figma, or equivalent - Can independently design low-fidelity flows, service blueprints, and clickable prototypes without needing a designer in the loop - Experience with Startups or Leading Product Teams to success, particularly in the tech industry - Thinks in user journeys first before features, before specs Non-Negotiable Requirements - You have validated ideas using real-world methods, not just research decks - You can demonstrate proof of work through portfolio, case studies, or shipped products - You have a portfolio that includes wireframes, journey maps, or prototypes not just strategy decks What This Role Is Not - Not a traditional backlog-driven product manager role - Not a research-only or insight-only role - Not a consulting or strategy-only position - Not execution without ownership Compensation & Structure - Competitive salary based on experience and demonstrated capability - Direct collaboration with founders and high ownership from day one - Clear path to larger leadership responsibility as the company scales - We are currently self-funded.
