Service engineer—India

Responsibility: Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user; Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user; Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer; Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers; Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills; Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains; Other tasks needed from SnibeRequirements： More than 5 years’ experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure; Immunoassay experience is more preferred Able to use English as working language.Work location: Udaipur or Any city in Rajasthan, Shimla
