Project Manager

The project management role will serve as the nodal point to ensure end to end delivery of customer commitments as per the timelines and quality expectations. Key responsibilities for this role includes end-to-end program management of the entire order fulfilment process from research through technology transfer and pilot production, technical services, supply chain, operations and dispatch using proprietary tools. Superimposed on a functional organization, this role will cut across organizational and functional silos to ensure delivery to customers as promised. The responsibilities include the delivery of commercial products and services and also new products and services to customer. A superior integration across the organization is the purpose of this role.StrategicBring smooth transition in program and delivery management through processes leading to industry best delivery management and systems excellence (PMBoK-Project/program management body of knowledge) while managing the quality and regulatory system frame work effectivelyCreate integration excellence across various functions in the organization through systems and processes along with the desired soft skills to manage the complexity.Need to strategically focus on the risks and derive mitigation plans with the objectives of the organization and customer at the core.Operational & FinancialPlanning, scheduling, tracking and monitoring of projects through its entire life cycle in coordination with various teamsConvene regular meetings with relevant personnel to confirm the status of all projects; discuss projects which are behind schedule and reasons for the same; agree actions to remove bottlenecks to ensure successful customer order fulfilmentIdentification of critical paths and interdependencies and critical chains for each project/program and driving it across the organization Support Business development team in meeting and exceeding the demands of customers on product and service deliveries.Provide regular updates to Lead Delivery management on the status of customer orders against milestones, budgets and timelines and mitigation plans where necessaryAlert Lead Delivery management to issues and risks requiring their urgent attention and actionCo-ordinate across departments to respond effectively to customers’ queries and requestsEducational QualificationMSc or Ph. D in Organic chemistry from a reputed university (Essential)PMP Certification
