About IIM Udaipur Incubation CentreThe IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre is a Technology Business Incubator that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship. Supported by IIM Udaipur and the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, the center is committed to nurturing entrepreneurship at the grass-root level. With a strong focus on micro-enterprises and community-led businesses, we are starting a project aimed at improving the livelihood of women-led self groups and scaling their businesses.Project Manager Role- Lead rural entrepreneurship development program aimed at women-led SHGs - Curate and identify trainers and coaches based on SHG’s needs - Hand-holding support to SHG Enterprises - Ensuring upskilling for all the SHG members - Identifying growth opportunities for SHGs in the larger ecosystem comprising of Not-for-profit initiatives, CSRs, government schemesQualifications- Background in social work and passion for driving impact and positive change - Strong expertise in rural program management and ability to organize, execute, and complete projects effectively - Strong network with not-for-profit institutions, Foundations, CSRs and government bodies - Experience in coordinating with government stakeholders and managing relationships with funding agencies - Ability to communicate in the local languages of Rajasthan (Rajasthani and Hindi) - Out-of-the-box thinking to identify new partners and new opportunities - Willing to relocate to Rajasthan and frequently travel as part of this project
