Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Coach located in Thane. The Business Coach will mentor and guide aspiring entrepreneurs, assist in business planning, and provide strategic advice to help individuals launch and grow their ventures. The role involves conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and consulting on entrepreneurial challenges. The Business Coach will work to instill entrepreneurial skills and support participants in developing innovative and sustainable business ideas. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Coaching and Coaching to motivate individuals toward achieving entrepreneurial success.Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to assist with strategy development and problem-solving for start-up ventures.Experience in Training and facilitating workshops with a focus on entrepreneurial skills.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to inspire and guide a diverse group of individuals.Passion for fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and contributing to social and economic development.Knowledge of industry trends and experience in the education or business consulting sector is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field is preferred.
