JOB DESCRIPTION- Site In-charge ABOUT SOLARSURE Nevronas Solar Pvt. Ltd. (SolarSure) is a fast-growing infrastructure EPC company focused on delivering high-quality civil construction solutions. Our expertise includes substation civil works, power infrastructure, industrial construction, and utility-scale projects, with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, quality assurance, transparency, and timely project execution. ROLE OVERVIEW The Site In-Charge will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction activities at the substation site. The role involves ensuring that all construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and project schedule, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. KEY RESPONSIBITIES Lead and manage the entire civil construction activities including excavation, PCC, reinforcement works, mass concreting, stone filling, cable trench construction, and yard development. Ensure work execution strictly in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements. Prepare and monitor construction schedules, daily progress reports, and milestone tracking. Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and project management teams for approvals, inspections, and site coordination. Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures before execution. Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient site operations. Monitor site productivity, progress, and cost control. Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and inspection requirements. Supervise preparation of measurement records, RA bills, and material reconciliation statements. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and site safety regulations. Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, and construction challenges. Conduct regular site meetings and progress review discussions. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized AICTE-approved institute. (Master’s degree in Civil/ Construction Management preferred.) Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in civil construction projects. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and structural works. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good understanding of project planning and scheduling tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and timelines. Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office Suite. SCHEDULE Shift: As per construction requirements, Full Time, Permanent.
