The ideal candidate should have experience working with a creative agency or brand and be able to deliver high-quality, impactful designs across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projectsDevelop and maintain brand identity, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelinesWork on brand bibles / brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platformsUnderstand client requirements and translate them into creative concepts and designsCollaborate with social media managers, marketers, and other team members to execute campaignsStay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative strategiesDeliver designs within deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsRequirementsStrong portfolio showcasing branding and social media design workExperience working with a creative agency or established brand preferredSolid understanding of branding, brand guidelines, and visual communicationProficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant softwareCreative thinking with an eye for detail and aestheticsAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of Instagram trends and digital content strategyBasic knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts
