In this role, you will work closely with the founder to support strategic planning, research, and execution across various projects. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting in-depth research, collaborating with internal teams, managing priority tasks, and streamlining processes to enhance productivity. You will gain firsthand exposure to business decision-making and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization committed to transforming healthcare services.QualificationsAnalytical and research skills with a focus on problem-solving and data interpretationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reportsProject management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity toolsAdaptability, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownershipInterest in healthcare consulting and familiarity with the industry is an advantageBachelor’s degree or currently pursuing higher education in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related fieldThis is not a shadow-and-observe role.
