The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and coordination—ensuring content ideas are translated into well-executed shoots on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities Scriptwriting Develop original scripts for videos (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, branded content, etc.) Adapt scripts based on platform, audience, and brand tone Collaborate with creative, marketing, or content teams to refine concepts Edit and revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights Prior experience in working with marketing agency in UGC scripts, linkedin and social media content.Required Skills & Qualifications Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills Good understanding of video formats and digital platforms Excellent communication and coordination abilities Basic knowledge of video production workflows Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detailPreferred (Nice to Have) Experience with digital content, UGC ads, or social media videos Familiarity with basic video editing or storyboard tools Prior experience coordinating shoots or production teams
