You’ll work closely with theMedia Creatives and Retention teams , creatingscroll-stopping copyfor performance campaigns across platforms. If you can juggle multiple deliverables, write sharp bulk copies, scripts, and reel content — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Createhigh-volume creative copiesfor media campaigns across digital platforms Writebulk ad copies , hooks, CTAs, scripts, andshort-form reel content Collaborate withmedia creatives and retention teamsto develop performance-driven creatives Adapt tone, messaging, and formats based onplatform and audience insights Managemultiple deliverables simultaneouslywhile maintaining quality and speed Contribute ideas proactively and continuously optimize copies based on campaign performanceDesired Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experienceas a Copywriter (agency/startup background preferred) Strong experience writing forperformance marketing and media campaigns Proven ability to deliverhigh-volume, fast-turnaround creative output Experience working closely withmedia, creative, and retention teams Excellent command over language, storytelling, and concise messaging Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in ahigh-pressure agency setup A mindset that’shungry to learn, grow, and push creative boundariesWhy Join Schbang?
