Feel free to apply!Core Responsibilities: Warranty claim handling Issue diagnosis and resolution Customer and dealer coordination Dealer network development and support Basic product-level analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Maintaining service data and reports using ExcelKey Requirements: B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering Strong communication skills Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Basic knowledge of E-bikes, batteries, and motors Willingness to learn process management, dealership network operations, and customer handling Exposure to both B2B and B2C after-sales service processesIf you feel you are a right fit, apply now!
