You will: Lead pre-sales discovery Shape the solution Craft winning proposals and decks Build quick soft POCs to validate ideas fastKey Responsibilities Lead client discovery calls and run high-impact questioning that uncovers real needs, risks, and decision triggers Own solutioning and recommendation, including architecture direction, scope clarity, assumptions, and phased roadmaps Create high-quality proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and demo narratives with exceptional structure and polish Build rapid soft POCs and clickable or working prototypes to strengthen confidence and accelerate decisions Collaborate with delivery, design, and leadership to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and differentiation Research client context, competitors, and industry patterns to craft sharper positioning and smarter recommendations Continuously improve Unified’s proposal templates, playbooks, and pre-sales assetsMust Have Skills Strong technical depth and the ability to translate business needs into clean technical solutions Hands-on with modern web stacks, ideally React, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals Ability to create fast prototypes or soft POCs using lightweight builds, starter kits, and AI-assisted workflows Brilliant communication and presentation skills, confident with stakeholders from product to C-suite High IQ, problem-solving, structured thinking, and a habit of going above and beyond to create winning outcomes Proven experience in a similar role in a software services or digital product agency environmentGood to Have Experience with AI integrations, chatbots, automation workflows, and performance-focused web builds Familiarity with security and compliance basics, and how to communicate risk and mitigation in proposals Exposure to UX thinking, wireframes, or rapid mockups to support solution narrativesSuccess Metrics Proposal win rate improvement and quality score from leadership and prospects Faster cycle time from discovery to proposal submission without losing depth Increased impact of POCs in accelerating decisions and improving close ratesCompensation and Bonus Competitive fixed pay Performance bonus tied directly to winning proposals and closed deals, based on measurable contribution and outcomesExperience Level:Ideally 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical consulting roles in software consulting services businesses
