Join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and be part of our exciting journey!Roles and Responsibilities: Consultant Marketing: · Market a diverse range of candidates to top-tier vendors, partners, and clients. · Efficiently utilize various job portals and internal databases for candidate sourcing. · Submit quality resumes to relevant job openings and manage the follow-up process diligently. · Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients seamlessly.Relationship Management: · Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners. · Provide continuous support and feedback to consultants for their performance and career growth. · Ensure clear communication with consultants regarding roles, responsibilities, and client expectations.Negotiation & Onboarding: · Skilfully negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients, prioritizing competitive compensation for consultants. · Facilitate offer negotiations, streamline onboarding procedures, and handle compliance documentation efficiently. · Ensure the timely submission of essential documents for smooth onboarding processes.Reporting & Pipeline Building: · Manage an active consultant pipeline and upcoming availabilities effectively. · Generate insightful reports on submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback. · Track key performance metrics like interview-to-submission ratio, placement rate, and revenue impact.Required Skills & Qualifications: · Proven 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. · Proficiency in US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
