Real Estate Salesperson

We’re now looking for an International Real Estate Salesperson to manage and qualify our inbound leads from social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and support our growing client base and realtor team.Working Hours - 11 AM to 8 PM EST TimezoneKey Responsibilities Monitor and manageinbound leadsfrom social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Follow up with all leadsvia messages, calls, or emails to understand their property needs. Add qualified leads to the CRMwith complete information name, contact details, property interest (commercial, resale, or pre-construction), and relevant notes. Call leadsfor qualification and schedule appointments with the realtor when appropriate. Manage and update theCRM databaseregularly to ensure data accuracy. Coordinateemail blastsandmarketing campaignsfor new projects and listings.Requirements Proven experience as aReal Estate sales, Lead Coordinator, or CRM Specialist(real estate industry preferred). Strong knowledge ofCRM systems(e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Gohighlevel, Salesforce, or similar). Understanding ofemail, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing workflows . Excellentcommunication and follow-up skills,both written and verbal. Comfortable makinginbound and outbound callsto leads. Proficient withAdobe PDF Editor, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
