Performance Marketing Executive

Job Title:Performance Marketing Executive – Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy)About the Role: We are looking for a driven individual who can support performance marketing across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. The role involves campaign execution, optimisation, analysis, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. ● Monitor daily performance, spend, ROAS, and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams for creatives, pricing, and availability. ● Track KPIs like impressions, conversions, ACOS, CTR, and share weekly performance reports. ● Manage product listings, visibility, tags, and platform-specific requirements. ● Support in planning festival campaigns, burst campaigns, and new SKU launches. ● Maintain documentation of campaign data, learnings, and SOPs.What You Need: ● 0–1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing (freshers can apply). ● Strong interest in e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. ● Basic understanding of marketing metrics. ● Good Excel skills and ability to analyse numbers. ● Strong communication and eagerness to learn. ●MBA (Marketing Specialisation) preferred.Experience:0–1 yearQualification:Any Graduation (MBA in Marketing preferred)What We Offer: ● Hands-on experience across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy ads. ● Exposure to a full-funnel growth strategy and brand scaling. ● Opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment with real impact.Location:Hyderabad
