Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who brings strategic thinking, hands-on execution skills, and strong leadership capabilities. This role requires someone who can own social media accounts end-to-end—right from strategy and planning to execution, review, client coordination, and team management.Strategy & Planning Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives Create monthly/quarterly content calendars backed by insights and trends Plan campaigns for brand building, engagement, and performance-driven goalsPlatform Management Manage and grow brand presence across Meta platforms, with strong experience inLinkedIn account management Ensure content relevance, consistency, and premium brand tone across all channelsExecution & Quality Control Review creatives, captions, reels, carousels, and campaigns with a strong eye for detail Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and messaging are followed consistently Monitor performance and suggest optimisations based on dataClient Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients Present strategies, monthly plans, and performance reports clearly and confidently Handle feedback professionally and translate it into actionable tasks for the teamTeam Management Manage and mentor social media executives, designers, and content teams Assign tasks, track timelines, and ensure timely delivery of work Maintain workflow discipline and quality standardsPitch Decks & Presentations Create and contribute to social media pitch decks and strategy presentations Support new business pitches with strong content and platform understandingTools & Processes Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency or brand environment Strong hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and tools Experience managingLinkedIn pages and campaigns Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong eye for detail and content quality Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination Ability to think strategically and execute practicallyGood to HaveExperience in managing premium or B2B brands Understanding of analytics and reporting Exposure to performance marketing collaborationWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who: Thinks strategically but executes hands-on Communicates confidently with clients and teams Maintains high quality standards Can independently own social media accounts and outcomes
