Job Title: Legal Assistant / Law Clerk Key Responsibilities* Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic legal files and records. * Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports. * Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information as needed. * Manage calendars, deadlines, court dates, and appointments. * Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and external parties. * File documents with courts and regulatory bodies (electronic and physical filing). * Handle other general legal and administrative duties as assigned. * Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures and firm policies. Required Skills & Qualifications* Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal preferred. * Strong organizational and file management skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.US shift Salary- 20-22k (4 hour)
