The role involves managing deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working with Salesforce DevOps tools. This is aContract Full-Timerole withRemote / Hybridflexibility. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute Salesforce deployments across sandboxes and production. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines usingJenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions , etc. Work with DevOps tools likeCopado, Gearset, Flosum . Implement Git-based version control and branching strategies. UseSalesforce DX (SFDX) , CLI tools, and scratch orgs for automation. Validate metadata, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure release quality. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams for smooth releases. Manage multiple releases in parallel. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineering Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment dependencies Experience withCopado / Gearset / Flosum Proficiency inGitand branching strategies CI/CD experience withJenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions Working knowledge ofSFDX , CLI, scratch orgs Understanding of Salesforce testing frameworks and validations Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration High attention to detail Ownership mindset Ability to manage parallel releases Send your resume at hr@
