We at Firstsource are currently looking for a Talented individual to join our Global recruitment(UK Hiring) Team as Recruitment Leader. ey Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets. Process Management:Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and company culture. Compliance & Policies:Ensure all recruitment practices follow UK employment laws and GDPR legislation. Technology & Data:Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to analyze metrics and improve efficiency. Brand & Sourcing:Develop employer branding and manage external partnerships with job boards and agencies.Requirements Experience:Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Internal Recruiter, or Recruitment Manager for UK Hiring Knowledge:Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices. Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Education:A degree in HR, business, or a related field is often preferred. Flexible with UK working hours Onsite hiring experience for UK is required Applicants who have lived and worked in UK are preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment Managers are typically measured on: Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Quality of hire. Candidate experience scores. Diversity and inclusion metrics.
