The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualifiedIT professionals for US IT Staffing requirements . The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Source and identify potentialIT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms . Screen resumes and conductinitial candidate interviews . Understandtechnical job requirementsfrom clients. Coordinate and schedule interviews betweencandidates and clients . Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout therecruitment process . Negotiate salary/rates and follow up with candidates untilsuccessful placement . Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines. Required Skills 1–4 years of experience inIT Recruitment (US or Domestic) . Strongsourcing and screening skills . Knowledge ofjob portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques . Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in afast-paced recruitment environment . Qualification Bachelor’s Degree inIT / Computer Science / BCA / MCA / Any Graduate .
