The Senior Lead Recruiter will oversee recruiting activities to attract, evaluate, and place top talent across diverse industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating sourcing strategies, conducting candidate outreach, assessing qualifications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role also involves understanding client needs, mapping job requirements, performing industry research, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from selection through post-placement follow-up.Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and candidate evaluation Experience conducting reference checks, coordinating interviews, and working with hiring managers Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight recruitment deadlines Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement Knowledge of recruitment trends within industries like education, manufacturing, banking, fintech, and retail Analytical and research skills for mapping job requirements and performing industry analysis Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR-related disciplines are advantageous Prior experience in leadership or team management within the recruitment domain is highly desirable
