They operate with a strong manufacturing base and disciplined production environment. The role will be based at their Noida manufacturing facility and will involve strengthening IR frameworks, HR operations, employee engagement and compliance.Primary Role: We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and HR operations at our Noida manufacturing facility. The role will focus on managing workforce and union relations, ensuring end-to-end labour law compliance, and supporting disciplined factory operations while fostering a stable and positive work environment.Job Responsibilities: Industrial Relations & Compliance: Develop and implement IR strategies; manage grievances, disputes, and escalations. Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, Shop and Establishments Act, Minimum Wages, PF/ESI, Bonus Act, etc.). Liaise with unions/employee representatives and manage periodic meetings. Oversee disciplinary processes, terminations, layoffs, and statutory compliance. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and separation. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management processes. Drive training and development initiatives, especially for shop-floor staff. Employee Engagement & Retention Conduct engagement initiatives: surveys, town halls, recognition programs. Identify retention risks and implement interventions (career pathing, mentoring). Support change management and maintain workforce morale. Workforce Planning & Analytics Plan and optimise workforce for production lines; monitor HR/IR metrics and present reports. Support cost-control initiatives and productivity improvement through HR interventions. Health, Safety & Change Management Partner with HSE for compliance with safety standards and training. Lead HR/IR projects and facilitate smooth implementation of process changes.Job Specification: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. High integrity, discretion, and ability to operate in a semi-structured manufacturing environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on using HR/IR metrics to drive decisions. Change-agent mindset with the ability to influence across production, quality, and operations functions.Required Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent. Master’s degree (MBA – HR) or Diploma in Labour Laws is a plus. 8–10 yearsof progressive experience in HR/IR, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and experience managing unionised environments/shop-floor IR. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/ERP systems preferred. Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
