Role OverviewAs anHR Recruiter , you will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across India. Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End RecruitmentUnderstanding job descriptions & client requirements Sourcing candidates using Tallento.ai database, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles Scheduling interviews with candidates & clients Following up until final selection and joining 2. Client CoordinationMaintain communication with hiring managers Understand changes in job requirements Share timely updates & shortlisted profiles 3. Candidate EngagementConduct telephonic interviews Counsel candidates on career opportunities Maintain relationship until joining Prevent dropouts and last-minute backouts 4. Reporting & AnalyticsDaily reporting of progress Maintaining trackers on CRM/ATS Achieving weekly & monthly targets 5. Performance-Based KPIsDaily sourcing targets Verified candidate submissions Interview-to-selection ratio Joining conversion rate Mandatory 1-Month Training (Jaipur Office)All selected candidates will undergoa compulsory 1-month onboarding & internship-style trainingat the Jaipur head office.
