Hosts guide discussions, encourage participants to share ideas, and help create an engaging and supportive learning environment.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people from different cultures and facilitating meaningful conversations in English.Responsibilities Host live English-speaking discussion sessions and interactive events Lead conversations around practical and engaging topics (culture, lifestyle, business, technology, career, etc.) Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for learners of different levels Maintain consistent event hosting schedules Support community engagement by motivating members to participate regularly Collaborate with the Fondi team to improve event quality and community experienceIncentives Incentive-based earnings based on hosted sessions and participation Rewards tied to consistency, engagement, and event quality Opportunity to build personal visibility as a discussion host Potential long-term opportunities within the Fondi platformRequirements Comfortable speaking and hosting conversations in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, engaging, and confident in leading group discussions Interest in meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures Reliable and able to host sessions consistently Previous hosting, teaching, coaching, or facilitation experience is a plus (but not required)
