Yonder One Indiais the India-based entity of Yonder One Global, responsible for operating and scaling the group’s hospitality, customer experience, and business operations teams.Role Overview We are looking for ahighly skilled Reservationistwith excellent spoken English and strong familiarity with theUS accentto support the group’s US-based short-term vacation rental portfolio. This is aremote role based in India , requiring exceptional communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to confidently engage with international guests while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Reservationists at Yonder play a critical role in managing guest interactions, reservations, and coordination across multiple property brands, directly impactingrevenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction .Key Responsibilities Manage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands. Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies. Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving. Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Perform additional related duties as required to support operations.Key Competencies Fluent spoken English with aclear voice and strong US accent familiarity (mandatory) . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience working with reservation systems, PMS tools, or CRM platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest service.Qualifications & Experience Skills Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and clarity while interacting with US-based customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Abilities Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, software, and processes. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience Minimum1 year of experiencein customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals servingUS clients(strongly preferred). Prior experience in reservations, hospitality operations, or sales is an added advantage.
