You will play a key role in working on diverse datasets, ensuring precise labeling, and contributing to the overall quality and performance of our models. This role requires strong hands-on experience in data annotation, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with ML and product teams to understand requirements, iterate on guidelines, and continuously improve data quality.What You’ll Do Performdata quality checksby identifying missing/null values and ensuring overall data integrity Annotate and label data accurately in line withdefined guidelines and conventions Clean, structure, and prepare datasets formachine learning and NLP use cases Maintainwell-organized recordsof annotated data and track progress consistently Use annotation and productivity tools such asLabel Studio, VS Code, and Notepad++efficiently Work onemotion and sentiment annotation tasks , including support formultiple language datasets Collaborate withexternal vendors and internal teamsto ensure timely and high-quality data delivery Leverage tools likeGoogle Sheets, Python (basics), GCP, and command line (CMD)for data handling and workflow efficiencyRequired Skills Graduate or equivalent practical experience indata annotation, NLP, or related domains 1-2 years of hands-on experiencein data annotation or a similar role Strong proficiency inEnglish and Hindi(reading, writing, listening, and comprehension) Strongattention to detailwith a high level of accuracy in annotation tasks Proven ability tohandle sensitive/critical datawith confidentiality and integrity Ability toconsistently meet deadlinesin high-volume, fast-paced environments Experience working withannotation guidelinesand structured labeling processes Goodanalytical and comprehension skillsto interpret conversational and contextual data Hands-on experience withLinux/VM environmentsfor data-related workflows Working knowledge ofPython scriptingfor basic data processing or automation Prior experience working onLLM/ASR-related projects(annotation, evaluation, or data preparation) Basic understanding ofdata analysis and annotation quality practicesGood to Have Experience withspeech/conversational data annotation(call recordings, transcripts, voice AI datasets) Exposure toASR/TTS taskslike transcription, speaker diarization, and text normalization Familiarity withLLM annotation workflows(intent tagging, summarization evaluation, response quality checks) Experience working withreal customer conversations(sales/support) for intent, sentiment, and insights Understanding ofannotation quality metricsand handling edge cases in noisy, multi-speaker data Familiarity with annotation tools (e.g., Label Studio, Scale AI) and working withlarge datasetsWhat We Value Precision & Ownership:High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility for the quality and accuracy of annotated data Consistency & Discipline:Ability to follow guidelines rigorously while maintaining consistency across large-scale datasets Curiosity & Learning Mindset:Interest in AI/ML (LLMs, Speech) with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving annotation needs Collaboration & Communication:Clear communication and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendorsPerks & Benefits Learning & Upskilling – Reimbursement of ₹1,000 per month (up to ₹12,000 per year) towards books or courses, work-related or otherwise.
